The Technical Support II, IT Operations is responsible for daily production work tasks and provides advanced system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems.
This is an onsite position located in Sao Paulo
- Support in project implementation
- End points security applications - Compliance
- Bigfix
- developing automation scripts
- Remote support
- Field Support
- Equipment control in SCCM and Active Directory
- Inventory control
- Installation of equipment for new accounts or projects. (new site)
- Equipment configuration
- Incident resolution according to SLA
- Safety of computer equipment
- Repair of computer equipment
- Maintenance of computer equipment
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university
- Located in Sao Paulo
- Intermediate english level
- 2 -4 years relevant experience
- And meet timelines on deliverables
- Knowledge in the management of Windows & Mac OS network configuration.
- Knowledge in PC Maintenance.
- Knowledge managing DNS and Active Directory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
