Summary

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of the team(s) supporting accounts to drive the generation of revenue and business growth, lead a sales team(s), accountable for driving team performance through customer success motions (onboarding, adoption, health checks and voice of the customer) and/or revenue retention motions (product/ service contract renewals, extension, upsell and expansion). Responsible for managing, building, and developing strategic client relationship through a balanced level of engagement with Sales Director and external facing client.

Description

To lead and drive strategic B2B sales initiatives across Brazil, ensuring strong program management and client satisfaction. The role involves taking charge of high-profile sales projects and ensuring alignment with Meta’s business goals. 

You will 

  • Design and execute ambitious sales programs tailored to the needs of the Brazilian market. 

  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery against program objectives. 

  • Regularly analyze programming effectiveness and iterate to improve results. 

  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the B2B space. 

  • Represent Meta at industry events and client meetings to promote the company's capabilities and successes. 

You have 

  • 5+ years proven work experience in a sales leadership role in a multinational environment 

  • 4+ years of experience in the technology sales industry 

  • Experience in a BPO environment preferred 

  • Extensive experience in sales leadership roles, specifically with B2B engagements. 

  • Strong program management skills and a proven track record in the development of large-scale sales programs. 

  • Strong strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills. 

  • Proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish, with a deep understanding of the Brazilian market.
