Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities
• Determine compliance with corporate, regulatory, and client policies and procedures
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial statements
• Perform the activities required to complete monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close
• Ensure proper recording of financial transactions
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, as well as monthly trends
• Coordinate the delivery of information requirements for internal and external audits
• Stay up to date on changes in tax and accounting laws
• Design, implement, and evaluate internal controls to prevent financial risks
• Propose improvements to administrative and financial processes
• Promote best practices and operational efficiency
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least one year of experience, preferably in companies within the customer service sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information effectively to internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven business environment
• Demonstrates initiative and accountability, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism
• Solid understanding of business operations and the organization’s industry; demonstrated business acumen
