Your Mission: to support new business growth and position Greece as a premier delivery location.
As part of the Global Sales & Solutions ecosystem, you will be at the forefront of opportunity management, collaborating cross-functionally to attract, develop, and win new clients. You'll support the end-to-end business development lifecycle, ensuring the Athens Hub is wellrepresented, competitive, and aligned with client needs and global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network with Sales/GAMs/GOMs to promote Greece and Athens as a delivery location
- Track global & local sales pipelines (follow up)
- Collaborate with Global Sales, Solutions, and Delivery teams to align on pricing assumptions and other particularities of opportunities for new business
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Ops, Talent Acquisition, Facilities, PMO, etc.) to facilitate the local response to RFPs/RFIs
- Price local delivery components to create competitive commercial proposals
- Plan and coordinate client and stakeholder visits that showcase our location value proposition
- Deliver high-impact presentations to executive audiences internally and externally, to present Athens’ DNA & competitive advantages
- Monitor new business Revenue and Gross Margin vs budget
What You Bring (minimum Requirements):
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen to manage n pricing, budgeting, and RFP responses
What You Bring (desirable Requirements):
- Experience in Salesforce
- Experience in Business Development, Sales Support, Pre-Sales or Commercial Operations
- Experience in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams
