Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Basis Administrator with over 10 years of proven expertise in SAP Basis administration. This role is critical in managing our SAP environments and ensuring their optimal performance, particularly emphasizing SAP RISE and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of SAP Basis administration.
Oversee and support SAP RISE implementations, with a preference for Azure.
Execute and support over two greenfield implementations on SAP Hyperscale, preferably using Azure.
Manage and optimize SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, SAP ABAP, HANA DB, Cloud Platform, and SAP Fiori environments.
Administer and integrate SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Datasphere, Cloud Connector, Cloud ALM).
Enhance and maintain SAP security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting processes.
Perform SAP client administration and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
Collaborate with Systems Integrators (SI) and Application Management Services (AMS) partners for SAP integrations.
Lead data migration, system configuration, and technical cutover activities.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of professional experience in SAP Basis administration.
Extensive experience in SAP RISE cloud solutions, especially Azure.
Proven track record with 2+ greenfield implementations on SAP Hyperscale platforms.
Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, SAP ABAP, HANA DB, and SAP Fiori.
Strong experience in SAP BTP Administration & Integration.
Proficiency in SAP Cloud ALM.
Expertise in SAP security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Experience with SAP client administration and system documentation.
Ability to manage SAP integrations and work collaboratively with SI/AMS partners.
Expertise in data migration, system configuration, and technical cutover processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
SAP certification is a plus.
The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $128,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
