You will be the first point of contact, taking calls, responding to emails, and addressing web enquiries from consumers. You will have your customer service radar switched on and be ready to showcase your excellent communication skills, providing each customer with a professional and detailed response. In this role, you will provide support for a variety of brands and be required to remain knowledgeable on all brands and products, as well as maintain up-to-date knowledge on all the processes to support our consumers
