Concentrix works with one of the world's largest manufacturers and distributors of confectionery and chewing gum.
In the role of Customer Support Advisor you will provide support for a variety of brands and be required to remain knowledgeable on all brands and products as well as maintain up-to-date knowledge on all the processes to support our consumers.
So, what’s the role all about?
Handling customer contacts via email;
Supports and guides customers to ensure outstanding customer support and satisfaction;
Supports opportunity to provide information that customer might request at a later stage;
Continuously improves customer satisfaction by handling complaints in a professional manner, taking ownership and being accountable for a satisfactory outcome for the customer;
Achieve key metrics, targets and goals to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers
You are good fit for the role if you:
Have fluent level of French language;
Have very good level of English language;
Have excellent knowledge and use of MS Office applications;
Are able to handle difficult conversations with patience;
Have excellent customer care skills;
Have excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
