Reporting to the Associate Sales Manager, the Account Manager will focus on account management and is responsible for overseeing the management of B2B SMB and/or Enterprise Accounts. Fronting and managing the Mainland China and Taiwan market, you will be managing the client account end-to-end sales lifecycle, by renewing, expanding, and converting the service relationships our clients have with their existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling sales cycle.

As part of our organization’s growth, this is a permanent position based in Dalian office where you will be the trusted advisor to the clients, call upon existing client customers to assess areas of opportunity, review current service contracts, identify pain points, execute portfolio, and budget planning, and offer comprehensive solutions when applicable.

Successful candidates are independent and results-driven individuals that are excited to drive success through persuasion process and explore various sales channels to improve sales performance. You would be comfortable in managing ambiguity situation and manage complex, deep relationships to help the customer to uncover some challenges while setting in place new processes and workflows.
