As a Regional Content Operations Manager (RCOM), you will have a critical role in leading and nurturing a diverse team of content operators, copywriters, and CMS editors involved in Content Studio engagements throughout the EMEA region and India. Reporting to the Global Content & Communications Director, your main responsibility is to ensure that each content operation within your region meets our global quality standards. Additionally, you'll expand the operations, supporting team leaders, and assisting regional Account Managers in sales projects by serving as the content subject matter expert for the region.
As the RCOM, you will oversee a group of multiple Content Operations Managers (COMs) who will report directly to you. In this leadership capacity, your focus will be threefold: firstly, to manage and foster the growth of your team; secondly, to improve our content supply chain operations; and finally, to help grow our content footprint within main accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide and set a clear direction for the migration, copywriting and CMS editing operations.
- Coach senior team members (COMs and supervisors) to enhance their skills, boost performance, and achieve their professional goals.
Performance Management:
- Set performance and quality expectations, track progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations for team leaders.
- Identify areas for improvement and design tailored plans to address skill gaps, production issues, and maximize the potential of the operation.
- Recognize and reward contributions, encouraging a culture of recognition.
Program Management:
- Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and team members to understand project requirements, scope, and timelines on main projects.
- Maintain an eye on operations to identify areas for account growth and communicate these with the account team.
- Nurture relationship with Sellers and Account Managers in the region. Support them in team member management and client.
Quality Assurance:
- Help the COMs uphold rigorous standards of quality, consistency, and brand voice across all content produced by the team. Provide counsel to COMs when quality issues arise.
- Help prepare and participate in QBRs, MBRs and other client meetings.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- At the direction of the Global Content & Communications Director, participate in vetting and hiring main leadership roles (COMs and supervisors) on each operations team.
- Develop comprehensive regional onboarding programs to facilitate seamless integration of new team members.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies (AI, Gen AI) in copywriting and content creation.
- Implement process improvements and innovations to enhance team efficiency and output quality.
- Stay up-to-date on Concentrix's technology and services portfolio to infuse new efficiencies and services in existing operations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in copywriting, content production, newsdesk or marketing operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Work awareness of Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA, Asana, MS Project.
- Experience managing large teams.
- Project management skills, simultaneously.
- Proficiency in content management systems, project management tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Creative mindset and meet our goals.
- Experience with encouraging talent, nurturing growth, and promoting a positive team culture.
- Familiarity with Middle East and India work culture is a bonus.
- English C1 speaking and writing is required; other languages considered a bonus.
