Concentrix Catalyst is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Data & Analytics team. This role focuses on analytics strategy, roadmapping, governance, compliance, and promoting a data-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, strong data synthesis skills, and the ability to provide actionable insights.



Responsibilities & Duties:

· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define a data modernization strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.

· Leverage expertise in business, technology, and data to optimize people, processes, and technology, and create actionable roadmaps to maximize data and AI value.

· Consult on complex data initiatives, providing technical leadership as a subject matter expert.

· Develop and implement agile, automated data governance strategies that address security, privacy, compliance, and quality, while promoting data literacy and a data-driven culture within client organizations.

· Lead delivery of client workshops and guide technical and non-technical teams, fostering collaboration to design and recommend scalable data architecture solutions.

· Analyze and reverse-engineer digital assets like BI reports, ETLs, and Excel files to inform recommendations for go forward data strategies.

· Quickly comprehend key business concepts, performance management strategies, and the most relevant KPIs and data strategies for clients across different industries.

· Estimate scope, duration, and cost of data, BI, & AI initiatives.

· Experience designing and implementing data solutions using Domain-Driven Design principles and big data architectures across various cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).



Qualifications:

· At least 4 years of experience in developing and executing data strategies that align with business objectives, with a proven ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders, including C-level executives.

· 3+ Years, experience with data, analytics, AI and/or management consulting.

· 2+ years Consulting experience in different industries, like Retail, Tech, Telco, Media, Healthcare, Financial Services, & Manufacturing or in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Experience.

· Education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.

· Onshore required.



Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position is $131,699 - $197,548 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
