The Sr Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates and serves as a mentor and coach to a group of Team Leaders. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability of both associates and team leaders.

Role and Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets and operational goals.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion of team objectives.
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Prepare and present reports on team performance and progress to management.
Managing a team of KYC analysts who shall work on onboarding/periodic reviews.
Key skills & knowledge:
3+ years of experience in KYC, Onboarding, Or Periodic Reviews
Minimum 4 years of experience in managing teams (Customer Onboarding/ Periodic Reviews).
Knowledge of global KYC regulations and current trends.
Experience working in End-to-End KYC reviews.
Strong people management skills along with analytical and decision-making skills.
Good communication skills.
Strong Analytical skills and decision-making ability.
Education Qualification: - Graduation
