This role provide executive support to the Country Manager and Operations Directors. You will lead the end-to-end coordination of client visits and corporate events, while partnering with Culture & Engagement to drive internal initiatives and maintain a high-performance office environment. It also involves participating purchasing goods and services for the responsibilities mentioned above as well as other clerical tasks.

As an
Administrative Assistant, you serve as the critical operational anchor for regional leadership and the primary architect of the local office experience. This mid-level role moves beyond basic clerical tasks to include high-stakes executive support and a focus on organizational health.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Ops Support: Provides high-level administrative assistance to the Country Manager and Operations Directors. This includes managing complex, high-priority calendars, arranging international travel, and drafting confidential briefings or meeting summaries.
- Client Visit Coordination: Acts as the professional face of the organization for high-ranking visitors. You will manage end-to-end logistics for client visits, including site walk-throughs, custom itineraries, catering, and on-site hospitality.
- Event Management: Owns the planning and execution of departmental events, workshops, and large-scale meetings. Responsibilities range from securing venues and managing budgets to overseeing day-of production and technology needs.
- Culture & Engagement Partnership: Collaborates closely with the Culture & Engagement (or HR) team to foster a positive workplace environment. You will lead employee recognition initiatives, organize team-building events, and support onboarding processes to drive internal engagement.
- Operational Liaison: Serves as the central communication hub, identifying priority issues for leadership and ensuring action points from management meetings are followed up on time.
