Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop a team of Talent Sourcers supporting high-volume BPO hiring.
  • Monitor sourcing KPIs including pipeline generation, candidate flow, and productivity metrics.
  • Execute sourcing strategies to support ramp plans, seasonal hiring, and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and networking.
  • Partner with Recruitment, Operations, and Workforce Planning teams to align sourcing efforts with hiring needs.
  • Ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates to meet hiring targets and reduce pipeline drop-off.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and market trends to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
  • Optimize sourcing processes, tools, and recruitment technologies to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment within a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
  • Previous experience leading sourcing teams preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment metrics, and contact center hiring profiles.
  • Experience using ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
  • Advanced English level.
