What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

• Receiving telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy
• Depending on the case, the request will be processed via a transaction in our client policy administration system, and/or by the writing and sending of replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.
• Indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.
• Policy change requests, updating payment details
• Make claims and cancel requests.

Your qualifications

• Are proficient or bilingual in Portuguese and English
• Are proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
• Can work rotating and weekend shifts

It will be a plus if you:

• Have previous experience in Customer Service or Sales
• Know how to work with helpdesk systems
