We are glad to announce a great new opportunity for a Customer Support, providing services for a multinational software company, which is used for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography, along with a set of mobile applications and also some optional cloud services.
As a Customer Support for Software Product with German and English, you will be delivering exceptional service to our German speaking customers. You will combine skills, passion, customer-focus, positive mindset to elevate service delivery and will be a strong contributor to the overall success we achieve.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the post-sales activities including, but not limited to order processing, cancelling subscriptions, billing/invoice queries, refunds, account management, installation, and software activation.
Support the software installation and deployment activities for license users across Microsoft Windows and Apple MAC operating systems.
Provide guidance and answer technical questions from customers for entire range of client products serviced in the queue.
Resolve known Customer issues through the use of a knowledgebase, direct use of product and operating systems, product user guides, and other reference materials that may be available.
Functional understanding of different operating systems and platforms.
Required profile:
Fluency in spoken and written: German and English
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
Experience with remote sessions is an advantage
Accuracy, research and prioritizing skills
Good active listening and attention to the detail
Ability to anticipate and solve problems
Teamwork skills
University graduate
PC knowledge
Customer service skills
