Job Purpose

 

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead our B2B sales project. This role involves overseeing a team of managers and the overall operations team to ensure high-quality and high-volume productivity, driving operational excellence in line with client expectations and company objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Responsibilities:

·        Oversee the day-to-day operations of the B2B sales project within the call center, ensuring compliance with client requirements and standards.

·        Lead and manage a team of supervisors, team leaders, and sales advisors, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize performance and productivity.

·        Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

·        Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track project performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.

·        Drive sales performance by setting and monitoring sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them.

·        Oversee both inbound and outbound sales teams, focusing on achieving sales goals and improving campaign effectiveness.

·        Analyze sales data and campaign results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

·        Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on project performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.

·        Manage the project's P&L to optimize profitability.

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.

·        Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and quality standards.

·        Define and implement strategies to achieve growth, productivity, and operational excellence.

·        Establish and maintain efficient internal processes and practices.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a call center environment, with specific experience in managing B2B sales projects.

·        Fluency in English and another European language (preferably French or German).

·        Strong knowledge and experience in the B2B environment, with a deep understanding of B2B processes and requirements.

·        Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and targets.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

·        Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance.

·        Proficiency in call center software, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

·        Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

·        Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
