Job Description
The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
Your responsibilities
- Diagnosing and resolving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Identifying and troubleshooting product issues.
- Preparing reports that describe technical issues for service technicians.
- Monitoring the resolution process of customers' technical issues.
- Assisting customers with both warranty and out-of-warranty services, such as Fixed Price Repair, Extended Warranty, and Spare Parts.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Georgian (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong interest in new technologies.
- At least 6 months of experience handling claims and consumer complaints.
- Solid understanding of Windows and MS Office.
