Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have a strong customer-oriented focus and can work within a customer team.
Quality Analysts will collaborate and support the development of a 4-person development team. Will support Specflow BDD framework +Selenium + C#, Writing, and Managing Test cases on Azure ADO board.
Responsibilities
Customer Collaboration
- Work within a customer team, maintaining a strong customer-oriented focus.
- Communicate technically and procedurally with customers.
Quality Assurance Leadership
- Own the QA delivery process, ensuring engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with a 4-person development team, providing support and guidance.
Testing and Development Support
- Support the development of Specflow BDD framework with Selenium and C#.
- Write and manage test cases on Azure ADO board.
Process and Methodology
- Implement and utilize manual/functional QA methodologies and processes.
Technical Testing
- Conduct API testing with knowledge of SQL.
- Test and validate APIs and microservice-based interfaces within an Azure API-M environment.
Issue Resolution
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified issues.

Required Skills and experience
- BDD Specflow
- Selenium
- Experience with Manual/Functional QA methodologies.
- Experience in API Testing with SQL knowledge.
- Ability to work with customers to understand and define solutions for business objectives.
- C#
- Minimum of 5 years in software QA with increasing responsibility.
- At least 2 years as a Senior QA, including experience with BDD framework, Selenium, and C#.
