Work assignments

You are the point of contact for our power tools client’s business and private customers by phone, e-mail and chat. You handle matters concerning delivery time, credit notes, returns, orders and questions about different prices. You provide correct information and deliver smart solutions to each customer as well as our internal client’s employees. Listening and understanding the customer are your strong suits and dealing with complaints in a constructive way. Furthermore, you are an expert in working with administration and register power tools in systems like Pro360 Backoffice. You are confident in working in many CRM systems like SAP, B-Ecos , Remas, SYS and our clients B2B portal and many more.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with great speaking and writing skills in Danish and English. Thanks to your level-headed and understanding manner, you can solve escalations and satisfy the customer’s needs. You are an expert in listening and communicating via phone, e-mail and chat. You are confident in using a PC and carefully maintain the client's database. Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is welcome, but not a prerequisite. You are proactive and energetic in your nature and have the ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
