We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll and Administrative Associate to manage the consolidation of all types of Leave of Absence (LOA) payments and support administrative processes, including contract changes and related HR tasks. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing while supporting HR compliance and administrative functions. Will oversee administrative processes (Audit of documentation for New Hires, Review of requests for “libranzas”, ARL contributions, Management of registration of trainees in SENA among the generalities). May give service either by chat, phone, or e-mail.
Able to present data through tools such as Power BI or advanced Excel.

Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative processes (Audit of documentation for New Hires, Review of requests for “libranzas”, ARL contributions, Management of registration of trainees in SENA among the generalities).
- Provide an excellent customer service experience to the employees/leaders reaching out to the People Solutions Center.
- Analyze the concerns and the root cause of the issues.
- Conduct audits of the different processes being carried out, find and resolve any findings found.
- Address the situation to grant the correct closure.
- Partner with local teams to ensure an adequate treatment of the inquiry.
- Keep metrics and record of the different processes performed to ensure a right service.
- Consolidate and submit accurate Leave of Absence (LOA) payment data to payroll for all employees in Colombia, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather required information related to LOA, such as employee status, leave types, and duration.
- Handle administrative processes related to contract changes, employee status updates, and other HR procedures.
- Work closely with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless integration of LOA data into the payroll system.
- Manage escalations that, due to the level of complexity of the process, may need to be escalated to other Areas of the organization depending on the situation.
- Handle routine self-audits to verify all the information.
- Organize and participate in team coordination meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality related to business or employee information protected by company policy and federal/state regulations.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in payroll or HR administration, specifically with LOA processing.
- Experience with administrative processes (Audit of documentation for New Hires, Review of requests for “libranzas”, ARL contributions, Management of registration of trainees in SENA among the generalities).
- Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and payroll practices.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed planning and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage your workload.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other technology systems).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, with the ability to construct, document and communicate answers to questions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Consistent past performance on meeting SLAs and targets.
