Job Description

Essential Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in the area of accounts payable
• Processing of incoming invoices and preparation of weekly payment runs
• Coordination with external tax advisor for the submission of monthly VAT and other reports
• Monitoring of open purchase orders and reconciliation with incoming invoices
• Reconciliation and maintenance of supplier accounts
• Handling correspondence with suppliers, processing reminders and clarifying differences
• Support with internal audits and process optimization in the Accounts Payable area
