Description
You Will:
- Strategically partner with the Customer Cloud Sales Team to qualify opportunities and identify key customer technical objections.
- Architect client solutions and devise strategies to resolve technical obstacles, meeting complex business/technical requirements.
- Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including presentations, trainings, bid responses, solution briefings, and PoCs.
- Identify and respond to key client technical objections, offering expert, tailored guidance for successful resolutions.
- Directly use Customer Cloud products to demonstrate, design, and prototype integrations in customer/partner environments.
- Develop and deliver compelling product messaging on advanced technical value, using methods like presentations, demos, white papers, and RFI responses. Assess complex technical challenges to recommend and design integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and required infrastructure for successful solutions.
