As a Sr. Trainer, I’ve learned to effectively manage and guide a team, which has been a valuable growth experience. Each training class presents new challenges, as I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. The company’s supportive culture encourages my personal growth, and I’m excited to continue moving up, leveraging the skills I’ve developed to take on more management responsibilities.
I joined Concentrix in 2013 as a frontline game-changer, advancing through Operations and then to Talent Acquisition. Concentrix’s wealth of resources, including training and development programs, have enabled me to grow my career in a healthy, organic manner. Our vibrant culture and supportive community have also been crucial to my progress. The opportunities here are limitless, and I’m excited to continue on my journey at Concentrix.
I began my Concentrix career in 1998, first as a frontline game-changer, then a Team Leader, a Trainer, and finally a Training Manager. I’ve even been recognized as a member of the President’s Club with a trip to Costa Rica! Living our company culture is effortless for me as it’s who I am both personally and professionally…and “championing our people” is something I’m just so passionate about.

What does ESG stand for?
At Concentrix, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) refers to our sustainable and ethical corporate practices. What is impact sourcing?
