At Concentrix, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) refers to our sustainable and ethical corporate practices. This is our way to ensure accountability and manage our corporation’s impact, such as carbon footprint reduction, impact hiring, women in leadership, and philanthropy. Impact sourcing is the practice by which companies hire and provide career development opportunities to individuals from marginalized communities. This is more than a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative and rather a business model that can help organizations meet and exceed their quality and staffing objectives.
