  • Rate of Pay: Starting salary of € 34,000 increasing to € 38,000 by year 3
  • Hours of work: Full-time permanent position working on 2 rotational shifts: Monday to Friday – Early shift 8am – 4:30pm / Late shift 8:30am – 5pm.  You will be contracted to 40 - hours paid production. 
  • Location: permanent work at home opportunity that requires you to be based in Ireland.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent B2B customer service on behalf of Netgear through calls, chat & emails.  
  • This team deals with the most technical and complex queries.
  • Types of queries: NAS, Switching, Routing, Wireless and Security devices issues. 
  • Types of customers: always at a B2B level - small businesses, technicians, business owners or managers – who have connection issues using Netgear products.  
  • Dealing with complex issues investigations.
  • Working to targets such as Customer satisfaction surveys

 

Your qualifications 

Required 

  • Fluent in LANGUAGE and English, both Oral and Written.
  • A good mix of both IT knowledge and customer service skills are essential. 
  • Excellent communication skills.  
  • Proven time management skills and ability to work under time pressures.  
  • Fantastic team spirit and mentality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable private workspace at home with direct Wi-Fi connections with minimum broadband speeds of 10mbps

Preferred 

  • Any IT certification or equivalent qualification is desirable and relevant technical or call center experience will also be taken into consideration.  
  • Experience of supporting customers in a contact center environment is desirable.  
  • Familiarity with Routers, TCP/IP, Firewalls, LAN and other network technologies would be a distinct advantage.
