Your responsibilities
- Providing high-quality customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media;
- Assisting with product information and resolving technical issues;
- Initiating and managing Xiaomi device repair processes;
- Adhering to detailed project guidelines and maintaining high service standards;
- Supporting team goals and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Our requirements
- ✅ Knowledge of Serbian - C1 level and English - B1/B2 level;
- ✅ Basic computer skills (Windows environment);
- ✅ Problem-solving and communication skills;
- ✅ Ability to learn quickly and memorize technical information.
