Your responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media;
  • Assisting with product information and resolving technical issues;
  • Initiating and managing Xiaomi device repair processes;
  • Adhering to detailed project guidelines and maintaining high service standards;
  • Supporting team goals and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Our requirements

  • ✅ Knowledge of Serbian - C1 level and English - B1/B2 level;
  • ✅ Basic computer skills (Windows environment);
  • ✅ Problem-solving and communication skills;
  • ✅ Ability to learn quickly and memorize technical information.
