Customer Service Executive

We're on the hunt for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Advisor’s to join our team working for our client, at their Sheffield site. If you've got a passion for high quality cars and a knack for delivering top-notch service, then we’re looking for you.
- Salary of £26,520
- Location – 2 Nunnery Court, Sheffield S2 5DG
- Hours of work – 40 hours paid production. Must be fully flexible between Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.00pm. Potential for Sunday work in the near future.
Role of Game Changer will include:
- Act as a key contact for the dealer network, managing inbound and outbound queries across multiple channels including UDESK, phone, email and web forms.
- Respond to logistics-related enquiries covering vehicle status, shipping and delivery ETAs, port/compound updates, damages and general case support.
- Deliver excellent dealer support across the OMODA, JAECOO and CHERY brands, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
- Maintain accurate case management and reporting, keeping all systems, trackers and records updated within agreed service levels.
- Support damage and complaint resolution by gathering relevant information, coordinating with internal teams and third parties, and escalating where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with dealers and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, timely updates and effective case turnaround

What we’re looking for
- Excellent customer service experience. Minimum 6-12 months.
- Auto enthusiast – experience desired not mandatory.
- Excellent English written and communication skills.
- Experience of fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy and technical mind-set
- Organisational skills - Keeping things in order is your second nature
