We’re hiring Customer Service Specialists to join our Robina‑based call centre team, supporting customers through inbound enquiries in a professional office environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Robina, QLD. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing efficient and friendly support while working predictable, set hours.

What We Offer

  • $28.12 per hour + 12% super + penalties

  • June 1st start date

  • 3 weeks of full‑time paid training — no experience required

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and responding within service level targets

  • Actively listening to understand customer needs and concerns

  • Providing clear, accurate information and effective solutions

  • Documenting customer interactions and completing follow‑ups

  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience

  • Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team environment
