B2B Sales Team Leader (Italian and English)
- Lead team meetings to review performance metrics and set priorities to ensure alignment and focus on goals
- Monitor team performance and analyze sales data on a regular basis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Coach team members through scenarios and real-time feedback to enhance selling techniques and customer engagement
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and uphold company standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to stay updated on offerings and to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Develop and implement training programs for new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for team members to provide constructive feedback and set development goals
- Maintain accurate records of team activities and report on progress to upper management regularly to ensure transparency and accountability
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 2 - 4 Years of Experience preferred.
Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
Strong attention to detail.
Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills both in English and Italian, both written and verbal.

6 months in company with proven previous experience in targeted role OR 9 month in company
KPI Performance above Teams Average in the last 6 months
No absenteeism in the last 6 months
No disciplinary actions for the last 6 months
