B2B Sales Team Leader (Italian and English)

  • Lead team meetings to review performance metrics and set priorities to ensure alignment and focus on goals
  • Monitor team performance and analyze sales data on a regular basis to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Coach team members through scenarios and real-time feedback to enhance selling techniques and customer engagement
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and uphold company standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to stay updated on offerings and to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Develop and implement training programs for new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for team members to provide constructive feedback and set development goals
  • Maintain accurate records of team activities and report on progress to upper management regularly to ensure transparency and accountability

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 2 - 4 Years of Experience preferred.

  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication skills both in English and Italian, both written and verbal.

INTERNAL ONY

Requirements:

  • 6 months in company with proven previous experience in targeted role OR 9 month in company

  • KPI Performance above Teams Average in the last 6 months

  • No absenteeism in the last 6 months

  • No disciplinary actions for the last 6 months
