What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:

· Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations (ex. different issues regarding mobile devices, laptops etc.)

· Manage multichannel interactions (., voice, email, social media, or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience

· Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives

· Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients

Your qualifications

· Have a bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical domain)

· Are proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented

· Are available to work from our office in Bucharest
