What will you do?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers throughout their hotel reservation journey and help them find the right solutions for their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications and cancellations

• Answer questions about hotel availability, rates, services and policies

• Support customers through inbound calls, emails and other communication channels

• Resolve customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

• Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures

• Maintain accurate customer and reservation information in internal systems

What are we looking for?

You’ll be a great match if you:

• Are fluent in Spanish and English (C1), both written and spoken

• Are available to work permanent night shifts

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills

• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
