Travel Advisor for Nordic Premium Airline SAS with Danish
Your Responsibilities:

Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.

Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc.

Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
-
Support customers with travel difficulties.
-
Assist passengers via calls /chat.
-
Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
Our requirements:

Fluent in written and spoken Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).

Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.

Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
-
Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.

Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.

Highly organized.
-
Available to work from our office in Warsaw.
