General Ledger Accountant (English-speaking) – Medical Equipment

What you will do in this role
As a General Ledger Accountant, you will:
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other accounting adjustments in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Maintain and monitor General Ledger accounts, ensuring completeness and integrity of financial data.
- Support intercompany accounting activities, including reconciliations and resolution of outstanding balances across multiple entities.
- Assist with payroll-related accounting activities, onboarding processes, and entity management tasks when required.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different countries and business units to ensure compliance with accounting processes and reporting requirements.
- Support audit requests and provide documentation required for internal and external audits.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Record-to-Report (R2R) process.
- Provide backup support for Accounts Payable activities, including payment processing, vendor-related queries, and bank-related tasks when necessary.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken at C1/C2 level).
- Have an academic background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Have previous experience in General Ledger accounting, Record-to-Report (R2R), or Financial Accounting roles.
- Have hands-on experience with accruals, journal entries, prepayments, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Have experience working in international environments, supporting multiple countries, entities, or legal structures.
- Possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Have exposure to Accounts Payable processes, payments, and banking activities, with the ability to provide operational backup support when required.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Are able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
