Customer Advisor - Electronic (Malay & English skills)
Work location: Bhiraj Tower, Bangna
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers primarily through inbound call, live chat and email to assist with different inquiries and service-related questions.
Provide clear and helpful advice on using our services and product, ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure overall satisfaction.
Required Qualification:
Foreign national
Bachelor degree
Fluency in both English (B2) and Malay (Malay Bahasa - Native) is required, including reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Shift timing 08.00-17.00
