Customer Advisor - Electronic (Malay & English skills)

Work location: Bhiraj Tower, Bangna

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers primarily through inbound call, live chat and email to assist with different inquiries and service-related questions. 

  • Provide clear and helpful advice on using our services and product, ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience. 

  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure overall satisfaction. 

Required Qualification: 

  • Foreign national  

  • Bachelor degree 

  • Fluency in both English (B2) and Malay (Malay Bahasa - Native) is required, including reading, writing, and speaking skills. 

  • Welcoming fresh graduates to apply 

Working shift & schedule:

  • Shift timing 08.00-17.00  

  • 5 working day 

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays 

Employment Contract:

  • 12 months

  • Full time

  • Onsite
