Member Support Specialist Brisbane

Monday to Friday roster between 7:00am–8:00pm — no late nights or weekend shifts

What You’ll Do:
As the first point of contact for members, you will provide clear, accurate support across a range of superannuation enquiries, including:
Helping members with online access, contributions and account updates
Supporting pension enquiries, withdrawals and investment options
Navigating multiple systems to resolve enquiries efficiently
Maintaining privacy and compliance standards
Delivering professional, customer‑focused service in a high‑volume environment
