What You’ll Do:

As the first point of contact for members, you will provide clear, accurate support across a range of superannuation enquiries, including:

  • Helping members with online access, contributions and account updates

  • Supporting pension enquiries, withdrawals and investment options

  • Navigating multiple systems to resolve enquiries efficiently

  • Maintaining privacy and compliance standards

  • Delivering professional, customer‑focused service in a high‑volume environment
