We are seeking a Bi-lingual English and Polish-speaking individual based in Ireland, to join our remote team as a Customer Support Advisor.

Apart from being fluent in Polish speaking and written language you’ll also need to have a keen eye for detail and be self-motivated and disciplined. These traits are essential as you’ll be working from home, in Ireland on a full-term permanent contract. 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to communicate empathetically and find solutions proactively by hearing what is not being saidAs a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll need a friendly and bubbly personality without compromising on professionalism.

What you will do in this role  

As a Customer Support Advisor on our team, you will: 

  • Establish customer needs to diagnose and resolve problems answer questions, and perform basic troubleshooting using provided scripting and published materials 

  • Use questioning and listening skills to resolve customer queries within stipulated timeframes 

  • Document customer interactions with accurate call logging 

  • Deliver individual performance based on metrics and related targets, such as average handle time, resolution, and customer satisfaction 

  • Ensure all customer queries are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept informed throughout the process 

  • Maintain and proactively improve systems, product and competitor knowledge, taking applicable action for improvements 

  • Work within required timeframes to ensure the achievement of defined service level agreement 

  • Provide the best possible customer experience at all times 

Your qualifications  

Concentrix is a great match if you: 

  • Have excellent communication skills in Polish and English verbal, written, listening, probing & reading 

  • Are flexibility to work on an 8-hour rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm 

  • Have a minimum broadband speed of 10mgbs and a private/ distraction free location to work from Have the ability to work in a customer driven environment 

  • Are highly motivated with a desire to succeed 

  • Have the ability to overcome objections, resilient and calm under pressure 

  • Are an effective team player with a positive attitude 

  • Have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills 

  • Have the ability to balance a customer-oriented and results-driven approach 

  • Have strong problem-solving, time management and active listening skills 

  • Have good computer, typing, analytical and time management skills 

  • Have the ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment 

  • A spotless record, free from any credit, criminal or disciplinary issues

  • Have knowledge of sports industry
