The digital marketing regional specialist is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for lead generation and supporting Talent Acquisition Operations. In addition, they are responsible for managing, guiding, and training content specialists with the execution and content production

 

Responsibilities:

· Builds, plans, and implements the overall social media marketing strategy.

· Designs and runs Lead generation campaigns for Talent Acquisition teams. Analyzes social media campaigns, monitors efficiency, and implements optimizations when needed.

· Builds Leads projections based on specific hiring needs. Proposes ads strategies accordingly in order to reach the contribution goal coming from social media channels.

· Prepares and manages the digital marketing budget assigned locally.

· Oversee all the company's social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, Google etc.

· Coordinates the creation of digital content that meets the global communication strategy goals and the specifics of the local audience

· Manages end-to-end digital projects: landing page creation, SEM campaigns, YouTube ads etc in partnership the manager.

· Maintains a strong online company voice through social media to increase the visibility of company’s engagement & Recruitment content.

· Creates editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

· Constant optimization on Business Manager.

· Communicates results, insights and suggest optimizations.

· Continuously improves by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

· Sends weekly and monthly reports showing social media results and overall performance.

 

You will be successful if you are:

· Support, develop and manage Talent Acquisition campaigns to create a robust pipeline of potential associates

· Work directly with the internal content/creative team to design supporting employment branding materials

· Ensure all social media & demand gen efforts adhere to the define budget and talent acquisition needs

· Proactively provide out of the box ideas that help us reach the business objectives

· Increase the pool of qualified candidates to join the company

· Expand the company’s branding presence on different social media channels by developing creative communication campaigns
